Achieve a new level of fitness with an INFITNESS private training session. Customized programs are created to fit your personal goals.
Choose individual sessions covering everything from getting baseline assessments, training calendars, workout logs, periodized training programs, and resistance workouts to specific cardio training programs.
Personal Training sessions are designed to move at your own progression level, providing the support and guidance you need whether you're new to fitness or looking to update your current regime.
Because every person is so unique in their own needs and goals, an exercise program that works for one person might not work for another. This is why at INFITNESS, care is taken to listen to your specific needs to individualize each program designed to meet your specific goals and needs.
Benefits of the training include:
Studio Locations: Choose one of two studio locations - Issaquah or Bellevue.
Flexible Times: Choose 45, 60, & 90 minute sessions available Tuesday - Saturday. Contact INFITNESS for availability.
Body Comp Assessments
Initial Body Composition Assessments included with all pre-paid packages.
Measurements include: Height, Weight, Waist-Hip Ratio, BMI, Circumference, Bio-Electrical Impedence and Skin Fold Body Fat.
Add a Body Composition Assessment to any training package for $40.

Fitness Group Circuit Training
Format: This class combines strength, endurance, balance, functional movements and core exercises. I will guide you with the right combination of exerices, endurance and load progression, gradually increasing the resistance levels. This class is intended to help you adapt to a higher level of strength and endurance through progressive overload.
Equipment: Multi-functional equipment such as cables, free weights, stability balls, plus more will be used to build a strong foundation.
It is through proper strength training and increases in cardio stimulus, metabolism will be increased to provide a leaner, fitter and healthier body.
Dates: Saturdays 10/4, 10/11, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/22, 11/29, 12/6
Time: 9:00am - 9:45am
Rates: $45 Individual / Drop-In

RunInfitness 8-Wk Fall Refresher Run Program
Train to run, jog or walk many of the local runs in October & November
Begins: August 28 - October 16
Meets: Thursdays - 6:30pm
First Session: Meets at Beaver Lake Middle School Track
Run Locations: Various Parks & Running Trails on Eastside
Distance: Choose Your Optimal Goal of 5k, 10k or 1/2 Marathon!
Open To All Levels: You Can Choose to Walk, Jog or Run or a Combo of All
Three - This is a Heart Zones Based Run Program - You Train at Your Level
and for YOUR Goal Distance.
